Certificate IV in Project Management
Who
should attend?
This five-day course is most suitable for project team members
with a degree of experience in contributing to the overall
project as well as project managers of lower risk, repeatable
projects. The assessment component includes a workshop that
is designed to assist project managers with the development
of their project management documentation for assessment at
AQF level 4.

Diploma of Project Management (full program)
NOTE: The full Diploma program is run 2 days per week for
5 consecutive weeks.

Who

This course is for more experienced Project Managers who have
an understanding of project management and want to gain additional
skills, knowledge for practical application, as well as a
Diploma1. The Fastrak approach combines training and assessment
into a concentrated five-day program, which can articulate
to higher qualifications levels. Participants are required
to provide a Portfolio of evidence for Work-based Project
Assignment to show competence at AQF Level 5. (1 Awarded subject
to meeting assessment criteria).
Competencies
at the Diploma level describe the functions of a project manager
who has major or sole responsibility and autonomy for a project's
