How you get it

You receive the database by email attachment as a csv file (comma delimited Excel format) ready to open in Excel or import into any database or mail merge to your word processor. We can help you intergrating the mailing list into your database.

Deliverability & Guaranteed Refund on Returns

With our mailing lists we expect a deliverability of 95%+.

Even though we are constantly updating this database, our experience is that there will be a 3%-5% error rate due, in part, to the high turnover of people in HR and Training departments.

However, so that you are not out-of-pocket, we guarantee to REFUND you $1.00 for every return-to-sender envelope you receive and return to us within 40 days of purchase.
NB: To obtain this refund you need to return the envelopes to us.

For Fax Broadcasts you will only be charged for successful deliveries.

Regular Updates can be arranged.

Many people do regular mailings. In order to provide the most accurate list possible for your mailings, once you have purchased the database you become eligible to order a full update whenever you are doing a new mailing for $198 incl. GST.

This gives you an update equivalent to the database you purchased PLUS you can purchase any new additions to the database at a special rate of 0.30c per new record. (i.e., if you order the database of 4,500 and three months later you order an update for a new mailing and the database is now 4,600 records, you will receive the update for $198 and an option to purchase 100 new records @ 0.30c = $30.00 total $228.00.

As you may know, a database like this would normally sell for up to $875 per 1000 records. To rent would be $275 per 1000 records plus set up fee of up to $275, plus delivery charges. This would be for a once-only use!

The list may not be copied or resold or rented to a third party. The list has dummy names to detect unauthorised use. Confirmation is required of your order and acceptance of our Agreement in writing.
