Rent a List Personalised Broadcast Fax Service

The service enables you to broadcast your marketing material, follow-ups or specific memos to some or all of the contacts in our mailing list easily and immediately. The advantage of using our system is that it is easier, faster and more efficient, and often cheaper than doing it in-house.

How it works

1. You send us your document (one page or multiple pages) preferably in Word format or PDF if it is a brochure; needs to include a fax-back form.
2. We personalise the document (with a specific banner heading) to include Contact person, Title and/or Company plus fax number.
3. We sort the mailing list to include those contacts you require.
4. We broadcast the fax at a time designed to get the best response. Unsuccessful faxes are attempted three times.
5. You are billed following confirmation of the number of successful faxes.

Fees

The broadcast fax service has three components as follows, with a minimum order of $350:

1. Setup and document preparation
   Set up, document preparation/editing and testing is $160.
2. Mailing List rental is .12c per successful fax. No rental fee if you provide the contact list.
3. Fax broadcast is 0..15c per page.
   Prices plus GST. Prices depend on document to be faxed, e.g. if large graphics, or vertical lines could cost more per page.
4. Total for fax broadcast including list rental and broadcast charges is from 0.15c to 0.19c each.

Design Advisory service

We can also design/redesign your flyer/fax out. Cost for this service depends on what is requiredand we will quote you for each specific job.
You send us your copy and we will advise: redesign, reformat the document; following your approval, this doc is broadcast to the mailing list.

We strongly recommend a "Special Offer" and a "Guarantee" to gain the best result.

Some of our clients regularly use broadcast fax to bring new business because they have found a very good response. We have had as high as 11% but response depends on timing, content, offer and appeal. We cost our campaigns based on a 2% response. We design our faxes to always get some fax backs (it seems that faxes still contain a sense of urgency and require a decision.) We send faxes at a specific time of day to obtain the most favourable response.
